 Samsung Genoa C3510 Discontinued
11th February 2010

The Samsung Genoa C3510 is a low-cost touchscreen phone that should appeal to consumers on a tight budget who still want all the fun of a much more expensive device.

Samsung C3510 Genoa Carrying a suggest retail price of about €110 (or £95), the Genoa comes with a decent enough 2.8" 240 x 320 pixel display, a multimedia player, expandable memory, an FM radio, Bluetooth, USB connectivity and the all-important 3.5mm audio socket that seems to come standard on all good music phones these days.

The camera is a very basic 1.3 megapixel unit, and the Genoa C3510 is strictly a GSM-only phone, but it does at least support EDGE data in addition to GPRS.

Measuring 104 x 55 x 13mm and coming in at 92 grams, the Genoa is a quite pocket-friendly device.

But we do struggle a bit to see the point in this phone - the Genoa is only slightly cheaper than the slightly better specified Corby / Genio S3650, but perhaps the more sober design of the Genoa might appeal to some.

The Genoa is currently available in the UK through Carphone Warehouse stores and online, other countries including Russia and Poland will follow suit soon.
